Having served as a school principal for 17 years and an educator for 25 years, Dr. Barton loves helping children find the right opportunities by teaching them to be brave enough to take chances. As co-founder of Chance to Soar, she leads teachers and school administrators in program development and provides curriculum support for educators. She loves coaching both educators and parents, helping provide them the proper tools to inspire the most important people in their lives — children. Dr. Barton enjoys speaking to groups, sharing her experiences and helping empower others.
